CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

BASIC SUMMARY

You are giving this consent to the processing of your personal data to Kolorky.cz s.r.o. for the purpose of sending business communications (marketing offers) and for other marketing activities towards you. You may withdraw this consent at any time and business communications will no longer be sent to you. Please see below for more detailed information on the processing of your personal data.

1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE CONTROLLER

1.1. The Controller of your personal data is the following company: Kolorky.cz s.r.o. with its registered office at Plzeňská 697, Stříbro 349 01, Company ID: 05591619, VAT No.: CZ05591619, registered in the Commercial Register held at the Krajský soud v Plzni (Regional Court in Plzeň), Section C, Entry No. 33534 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Controller’).

1.3. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data consists in your consent given hereby to the Controller within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Regulation’).

3. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is sending business communications and other marketing activities by the Controller towards you.

3.2. No automated individual decision-making by the Controller within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation takes place.

4. DURATION OF THE STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The period during which your personal data will be stored by the Controller is indefinite, but only until your consent to the processing of your personal data (for this purpose of processing) is withdrawn.

5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be those providing marketing services to the Controller and Ecomail.cz, s.r.o. - Company ID no.: 02762943, Entry No. C 223183, Městský soud v Praze (Municipality Court in Prague).

5.2. The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (non-EU country) or to an international organization.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

6.1. Subject to the conditions laid down in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data from the Controller, the right to have your personal data rectified or deleted, or to restrict their processing, to object to the processing of your personal data and right to the portability of your personal data.

6.2. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data given to the Controller, at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such a withdrawal of consent. 6.3. If you believe that the Regulation has been or is being violated by the processing of your personal data, you have, among other things, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6.4. You are not required to provide your personal data. The provision of your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it a requirement that is necessary for entering into a contract.

6.5. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, as far as the profiling is related to the direct marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for that purpose.
